Privacy policy
- Right now, the only personal information we collect is the email address you give us to join early access.
- We use it to tell you when MortgageMath is ready and to send occasional build updates.
- We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with lenders, real estate agents, or advertisers.
- Email us and we'll remove it.
Who we are
MortgageMath (mortgagemath.app) is a home-buying cost and comparison tool currently in development. It is not a lender, mortgage broker, or real estate brokerage. You can reach us at admin@mortgagemath.app.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we store:
- Your email address
- Which signup form you used on the page
- The date and time you signed up
We do not ask for your name, income, financial details, or anything about homes you're considering. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, the services that deliver this page receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested:

How we use your email

Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. If we later move the list to an email service to send these messages, that service will process your email address only to deliver them, and we'll update this page to name it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We don't pass your information to lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, or advertisers.
- We don't receive referral fees from anyone in a home sale.
We would disclose information only if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the early-access list, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@mortgagemath.app. We'll act on the request promptly. You can also unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
Children
MortgageMath is meant for adults planning a home purchase. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
When MortgageMath launches
The full product will let you enter financial details such as income, debts, and savings. Before that happens, we'll update this policy to explain exactly how that information is stored, protected, and deleted, and we'll let the early-access list know.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also email the early-access list.
